Meditation Reaches Outside Self ~ I AM Realizes Light Within ~ Christ Consciousness

Jesus taught by example. Jesus taught us to used the I AM Presence within us. All is One.

In meditation, we settle ourselves in a quiet spot, light a candle, put on soft music, then wait, listen, bringing human energy down to a zero point, waiting to catch the fleeting idea, thought, or concept of Divine inspiration. It is the effort of reaching outside of ourselves for the answer. Sometimes it comes, sometimes it doesn’t. It brings us down to the point of gravity, settling things.

Yoga teaches that during Shavasana, the resting and restorative meditation at the end of the session, are you bridging the energy of the postures you just completed with the resting pose, and are activating your parasympathetic nervous system. This results in not only in lowering heartrate, providing a sense of calm, and decreases the release of stress hormones like adrenaline and cortisol, it quiets our breath. There is more.

At this time, your consciousness can rise above your body, at your own direction. You can soar to the ceiling and look down at your body. I have done this with my Yoga teacher, Rexta, a beautiful 70 year-old woman at the time, while I was only 20 something. We do this in meditation all the time, with visualization, and guided meditations.

The point is, that with meditation, we tend to go outside of our minds and bodies to experience. It is different with the energy of your I AM Presence. Rather than mentally reaching outside of yourself, you become aware of your internal connection to Divine Love Light Energy, God. Sometimes there are obstacles to overcome. We have been trained for eons that God is outside of ourselves. That is not what Jesus taught.

“Believe Me that I AM in the Father and the Father is in Me–or at least believe on account of the works themselves. John 14:20 On that day you will know that I AM in My Father, and you are in Me, and I am in you. John 14:24 Whoever does not love Me does not keep My words. The word that you hear is not My own, but it is from the Father who sent Me.”

  1. Jesus said I AM in my Father.
  2. You and I are in Jesus.
  3. Jesus is in you and me.

Sacred Geometry then tells us that the next logical line would read:

4. The Father is in you and me.

What is the one requirement? Jesus said the answer is to LOVE. “God is Love,” says 1 John4:8. It is the LOVE of the Father, who we also know as Mother/Father God since this Creative Energy has no gender. Love knows no bounds, conditions, or judgments. That is why Love of God is unconditional LOVE, that is, Love without conditions. Another way to look at this is that the finite cannot put limitations or conditions on the infinite.

Some will try to condition you, or tell you that Love has conditions. I used to think this way at one time. But I have learned that it is not God who puts conditions on Love, but misguided human beings.

Can you see how Jesus taught us that we have the Mighty I AM Presence within ourselves, animating ourselves? Not everyone is aware of this after hundreds of thousands of years of being mistreated by various systems that have usurped the free will and personal power of humanity.

First comes the awakening after conscious research, discovering the lies and misconceptions that have been perpetrated at the expense of the masses that were put under submission under threat of death. Volumes of history hide in the Vatican Library locked and guarded vaults to this day.

Even all Protestant religions are technically under the banner of Rome. Why? Because there was only one Christian Church at the Council of Laodicea when the cast-out sacred scriptures found at Nag Hammadi, were not included in the bible that was to be used throughout the believing world. All Protestant as well as Roman Catholic Churches were denied these sacred writings, which had to be carefully preserved in covered earthen pottery, until such time as our awakening to the realities they held could be understood without manipulated minds. Now is that time.

The sacred scriptures found at Nag Hammadi reveal other writings of our beginning, other words of Jesus, some of which say we will be angry to discover there was a conscious effort to suppress the truth. Read the Gospel of Thomas.

There are also the Books of Enoch, which not only Jesus referred to over 100 times, but today’s modern bibles also do. Check out this book:

It takes time to recover from spiritual sabotage, but it is possible. Jesus did tell us to keep seeking until we find out the truth. There is an honest, truthful spirituality, but it is not what is promoted in most religions. Don’t forget to keep breathing in the process. Rather than getting angry, like with all other human endeavors that try to usurp your own personal power and modern-day efforts at mind control, simply let it go. Don’t spend your energy on the past. We cannot change the past. But we can wake up, at whatever age we find ourselves, and grow in accurate knowledge.

Jesus tried to teach us about the I AM Presence, but that too was turned into a control system. Jesus also said:

“You will do the works I have been doing, and you will do even greater than these.” These are the words from Jesus recounted by John in John 14:12.

How are you doing with that?

The control systems hijacked the words of Jesus for their own power and glory. However, knowledge is power, and now we know better. History has come forth in the hidden writings which were preserved in caves until the time was right for you and I to know what more was said. The people of the early years of Christianity were not enlightened enough to understand the message Jesus was trying to proclaim. Even Pilate, in Mark 15:2 questioned Jesus, asking, “Are you the king of the Jews?” asked Pilate. “You have said so,” Jesus replied.

Pilate did not understand that the Almighty Creator of All reaches down into each one of us, by the Silver Cord of Ecclesiastes 12:6,7, in Jesus, and in you and me. This the same I AM Presence Jesus taught.

Why am I spending time explaining bible verses? One would think that in this day and age, it would be obvious. As it is, many churches have closed their doors. There is a reason for this. Yet, there is still opposition to the truth of Jesus, who he was, and what he taught. Some are still clinging to the ignorance and incomplete versions of sacred scripture. My desire is to reach all peoples of all faiths, or no faith at all across this beautiful Earth, because energy has no dogma.

But like with Pilate, there are thousands of centuries of blockages handed down from generation to generation, being taught that these various control systems are the way to go or you will lose your eternal soul over the matter. The only thing that does is to bind you by your own agreement to yet another life of rebirth.

How do we removed these blockages?

The clearest way I have found, after more years than I care to count, is by taking the New Paradigm Multidimensional Transformation (NPMDT) Workshops. This is not just another energy class, as wonderful as they all are. I have taken numerous energy classes. I AM a Reiki Master Teacher who taught Reiki all over New England, a Yoga Master Teacher, and a Qigong Master Teacher, yet there is still more I can share with you.

Before we can pour any more Wisdom, Love, and Light into our full cups of Life, we must shed what no longer serves us, clear the fear, straighten the way for our next steps in human evolution, and empty our egos, release our drama, and take our next steps into personal freedom of our mind, body and spirit. In this case, as with all human beings, we need clearances. The clearances and activations into the realization of our multidimensional selves is made possible in these NPMDT Workshops. My NPMDT Workshop schedule is listed to the right of this blog. You may also go to: Lin Hourihan – New Paradigm (new-paradigm-mdt.org).

Whose Ethics? Now Is The Time ~ What Do You Stand For?

When I was co-chairperson of the Massachusetts Education Reform Act of 1993, I suggested introducing an ethics class to go along with the newly accepted sex-education course that was being taught to that year’s sixth graders. The answer I got back was, “Whose ethics?”

That answer, as if it were a viable one, is what stood between teaching with and without ethics.

Merriam-Webster Dictionary defines ethics as: “the discipline with what is good and bad, and with moral duty and obligation.”

The other answer I got at that same meeting was, “If we teach morality, whose morality should we teach?”

We see this today on the world stage, as if different sides can interpret ethics and morality differently.

We see this in the movie and television world, where each year, we reach certain tolerance levels addressing crime, violence and bloodshed. Once those limits are set, it seems more detailed crime, violence, and bloodshed is required to maintain the status quo of an increasingly bloodthirsty audience.

We see this in the ever-infringement on innocent youth for the invading and decending language, as well as inappropriate dress, as if it is normal to send prepubescent students to school in the same clothing as ladies of the night.

The government of the United States of America is also not unaffected by sweeping away ethics and morality, claiming immorality as morality, unethical behaviors as ethical behaviors, lies as truth, and always claiming that it is “the other guy” who is lying, even when videos and facts prove otherwise.

Remember, even Pilate asked the famous question, “What is truth?” We all ask this same question when we do not like what we are hearing, and have our own agenda.

What do you stand for?

Do you close your eyes to dishonest practices because they serve you in some way?

Do you sell out your integrity for the bottom line?

Is your political career more important than the lives you hold in your hand with the swipe of your pen?

Do you have any part of playing God by separating children and babies from their parents, putting all of them in cages, those who are seeking refuge at our borders?

Do you make yourself complicit in human trafficking by selling stolen children from their parents and selling them through adoption agencies?

Do you mandate SARS CoV2 (COVID-19) numbers be sent to the US Health and Human Services, which are said to be manipulated into more palateable numbers for public consumption, rather than mandating they be sent to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) for accurate expert, medical opinion and dissemination?

Do you close your eyes to global warming and climate change because you receive some benefit of money or endorsements?

Do you listen to medical doctors or pharmacological companies in your decision making process?

Do you trample upon the Constitution of the United States, and what the Statue of Liberty stands for as imprinted on her base, “Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breath free, the wretched refuse of your teeming shore. Send these, the homeless, tempest-tossed to me. I lift my lamp beside the golden door.”

Do you stack the Supreme Court with judges who truly serve justice blindly, remembering Lady Justice wears a blindfold signifying that justice is truly blind when it comes to race, skin color, ethnic background, gender, age, ability, or disability?

Do you stand for equal pay for equal work, regardless of people of different race, skin color, ethnic background, gender, age, ability, or disability?

Do you value people over things?

Where do you spend your money?

Where do you spend your time?

What do you think about?

Where you spend your thoughts, time and money; there is where your heart is.

Each of us, whether we are in public office and have a direct ability to make just laws for all citizens, or whether we are citizens making a living at our life’s work, or even currently without work or home, we can all take in the news of the day and create more just and civil societies right where we are.

The recipe for our life may need to change depending upon the variables at hand. We can always use our free will to uplift rather than put down, heal rather than inflict pain, listen rather than ignore pleas for help, listen without an answer running (which is not listening), and feed the poor rather than close our eyes to the plight of hungry humans.

Giving and receiving are two sides of the same coin. Sometimes it seems easier to give than receive. But receiving is necessary for balance of greed running rampant. It is odd that those who truly are in need of receiving have a harder time receiving what they need, as opposed to the wealthiest among us, not in need, who seek to usurp receiving to fill their gluttonous desires.

Bloom where you are planted, even if you are the only one blooming.
