You are here at this place, at this time, touching lives that only you can affect. Your hands are hands that bring wholeness to yourself and everyone around you. Yes, this is your time to align youself, first. We cannot share what we do not have. In air travel, passengers are instructed to put their oxygen mask on first, even before putting an oxygen mask on their children, because we cannot help anyone, including ourselves, if we do not take care of ourselves first.
Now is the time to raise our vibrations through prayer, meditation, song, dance and drumming, and any life affirming way that attracts positive, healing energies. Live a life that is full of contagious enthusiasm, in full alignment with your Christed self.

I hope the scientists listen to the beach boys and used good good good vibrations. Joking aside I for one am not surprised. Amazed,yes,but not surprised. Not surprised in the facts,but amazed that we have come to realize it.
